This stunning Elevate Barn 150 recently departed for beautiful Waipu, to begin its new life as a 3 bedroom | 2 bathroom | 2 living country holiday home for its excited new owners, Lisbeth and Brent.

Tasteful interior choices including sumptuous wool carpets, a grooved pitched ceiling and spot lit two-toned Scandi inspired cabinetry, provide stand-out appeal for this well-appointed abode.  

The thought of choosing the colours and décor was initially an intimidating prospect for Lisbeth but she later said, “A massive THANKS to all your team for a great build process; the end result is awesome! In particular, I would like to say a heartfelt THANK YOU for the excellent service and enthusiastic support with all the finishing and decorating, which was the bit I had most to do with.  I was very daunted by the thought of having to choose all this in advance and at the same time, but the process was made very do-able and enjoyable by your team and the quality result is just perfect for us."

And while Brent was happy to leave most of the design work up to Lisbeth, he also thoroughly enjoyed the process, he says “I have been overwhelmed with the support, efficiency, and pure professionalism every member of your team has shown us during our journey with you. The finished house exceeds all our expectations.”

We were sorry to see this lovely home and the equally lovely Lisbeth and Brent leave the Elevate nest, but we wish them all the very best settling in and creating some wonderful memories in their new holiday home.
