This generous 150m2 family home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, second living area, and separate scullery and laundry with third toilet. The floor plan was based on the Elevate Barn 148 standard floor plan but was modified to remove the fourth bedroom to accommodate a larger master bedroom suite with walk in wardrobe and ensuite and a full-sized laundry with extra toilet. The laundry/toilet with a hidden door off the kitchen, was important for the family as they planned to move the house near to their horse training yard and stables, and wanted their employees to use the facilities without disturbing the rest of the household.

The home also caters perfectly for the comings and goings of the teenagers in the family. The second living area or ‘teen hangout’ features two bedrooms, a separate, sound-proofed living area and a dedicated bathroom at one end of the house. This separate breakout area and the spacious master bedroom suite at the opposite end of the house provides the perfect set up, allowing all members of the family their own space when required.

The large open plan living, kitchen and dining area with stacker doors on either side, provides a spacious and airy hub to the home, where the family meet and make the most of their rural views and indoor/ outdoor flow.
